John’s Lane Farm LLC is a privately run horse farm in East Hampton New York. Maggie Kotuk, owner and manager, has boarded horses for close to 20 years on her 10 acre farm.

What makes John’s Lane Farm LLC unique is that it is small and totally private. One would never think that they are in the Hamptons, but rather in a rural part of Vermont. Tucked away in an area of East Hampton known as Northwest, the farm is off all busy roads and yet close to the village and all bay and ocean beaches. For those who wish to ride cross country there is direct access to all the major trail systems. For those who wish to work on their equitation, or just stay on the farm, there is an all weather fibar/sand arena.

Maggie lives on the farm and personally manages the array of care for each horse on the property.
