Most Recent Use:
John’s Lane Farm LLC was home to the only breeding farm of Friesian horses (The Friesian breed originates from the northern province of Friesland in the Netherlands) on the East End of Long Island. Three of its farm bred foals (fillies) now live in Micanopy FL.
As far as the owner knows, these are the only Friesian horses, ever to be born in East Hampton LI, NY.
In the summers of 2008 and 2009, John’s Lane Farm LLC was the proud site for the Wounded Warrior Project which helped to benefit veterans returning from Afghanistan and Iraq.
These specific farm events comfortably and safely accommodated over 700 people.
